At Fyxer AI, we understand your email can contain a lot of important and potentially sensitive information. It's not something we take lightly. Our team is passionate about security and privacy, and will do everything we can to be transparent with how your data is handled. We're a Google verified email app, a Microsoft verified Cloud Partner and we're CASA 2 accredited.
Fyxer AI has been thoroughly assessed by a Google-designated third-party security auditor, which verifies that:
- Fyxer AI is capable of handling data securely
- Fyxer AI is capable of deleting user data upon user request
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2). You can use Fyxer AI without email data being stored on our servers.
All network traffic runs over SSL/HTTPS.
We're fully compliant with GDPR.
We keep the data subprocessors we use to an absolute minimum. Currently, we only use Google Cloud, Sendgrid, Posthog, OpenAI and Pinecone. Your data will never be used to train a third party LLM.
We use strict access controls to limit who can access your data. We also implement controls on the third party tools/code we use to develop the product.
